In addition to this, we will also maintain your jewelry piece for a lifetime. Free services covered under Lifetime Warranty are:
• Cleaning
• Re-polishing
• Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
• Re-Rhodium Plating Services


Repair or resizing work done by any jeweler other than GJG Jewels will render the warranty services void.
If you feel that there is a problem with your jewelry or need to avail of any other service that is not included in Lifetime Warranty, you may return it back to us for inspection.* After the evaluation is completed, we will notify you of service charges (if applicable) before repairing your jewelry.
GJG Jewels also offers an Enhanced Warranty Plan for an additional charge. This plan covers wear and tear issues that are not included in the Lifetime Warranty services.

Enhanced Warranty Plan

With the Enhanced Warranty Plan, you can rest assured that your jewelry will look like new for years to come. The plan is intended to guard your jewelry against any accidental damage and/or wear and tear. GJG Jewels will ensure that your jewelry is cared for with the highest quality materials and by the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. We offer FREE domestic round trip shipping for our Enhanced Warranty Plan users. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

• Repairing bent or broken prongs
• Repairing any accidental scratches to mounting
• Replacing or re-polishing scratches to any gemstone or diamond
• Replacing or repairing spring rings on chains
• Replacing or repairing earring backings
• Gemstone and/or diamond tightening (also covered under free lifetime warranty services).

With Lifetime Warranty, you only get basic jewelry maintenance services. On the other hand, the Enhanced Warranty Plan is more extensive and covers several other wear and tear issues that are not included in the Lifetime Warranty.

How much do I have to pay to avail of the Enhanced Warranty Plan?

How long is the Enhanced Warranty Plan valid?

It is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Can I cancel my order for Enhanced Warranty Plan?

Yes, you can cancel within 30 days of purchasing the plan and get a full refund on the warranty amount.

Under what circumstance will the warranty be void?

If you get any repair or resizing work done on the piece of jewelry from another jeweler or third party, the Enhanced Warranty Plan will be void and the jewelry piece will no longer be covered by the plan.
